What are self-defense classes like at Wing Chun Hospitalet?
In our Kung Fu school, the study method is designed so that all practitioners feel comfortable and challenged at their own pace. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time training or if you already have experience, here we all share the same activities and challenges. There are no gender differences, we are people who come to grow and confront our greatest enemy: the ego.
Classes are led by a Sifu (teacher) or sometimes by a Si Hing (Elder Brother). The training is varied to keep you always evolving, alternating between work on forms, applications and combat, both with empty hands and with weapons. It doesn’t matter if you feel new or if you have insecurities, here you will learn to defend yourself and gain confidence in a practical and effective way.

We believe in an environment where everyone can have a good time while learning self-defense and the philosophical principles that make Wing Chun more than just a fighting technique.
